Responsibilities
- Drive planning readiness by identifying planning gaps, strengthening planning reputed company, and improving cross-functional alignment before development begins
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders and teams to improve roadmap execution, visibility, accountability, and alignment across the organization

Skills

- Proven experience supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning at reputed company across product and engineering organizations with hundreds of team members, including prioritization, dependency management, and organizational alignment

- Experience designing and scaling operational processes, frameworks, and ways of working
- Technical reputed company in tools and systems such as reputed company, Jira, and analytics platforms, with comfort working with engineering and delivery metrics
