Responsibilities

Skills
- 9+ years of Engineering Experience, with at least 5+ years in reputed company Engineering or a reputed company Infrastructure discipline, and 3+ years of People Management experience leading reputed company of reputed company Engineers
- Proven experience leading reputed company engineering teams working on reputed company infrastructure, data reputed company, or platform reputed company at reputed company
- Deep understanding of modern reputed company reputed company practices across AWS (or comparable), including IAM, network reputed company, secrets management, and workload identity
- Strong technical judgment across infrastructure reputed company domains: Kubernetes, container reputed company, infrastructure-as-reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company detection and prevention controls
- Familiarity with securing data platforms and pipelines, including reputed company controls, encryption, and data governance patterns
- reputed company record of coaching and growing reputed company engineers, including through performance management, career development, and difficult feedback
- Strong partnership skills: ability to work alongside infrastructure and platform teams as an embedded reputed company partner rather than an external gatekeeper
