Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints through written communication channels
- Manage customer cases that originate from reputed company media platforms and are routed through an internal ticketing system
- Research issues and reputed company available resources to reputed company accurate resolutions
- Maintain reputed company, empathetic, and grammatically correct written communication
- Handle multiple customer interactions while meeting service-level expectations and deadlines

Skills

- Ability to professionally handle difficult or dissatisfied customers
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
- Ability to pass a background reputed company
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a reputed company field
- Experience with customer support ticketing systems
- Experience in email, chat, or digital customer service environments
- Strong research and troubleshooting abilities
- Michigan-based candidates preferred
