The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying requirements, providing expert guidance, and transforming business requirements into technical solutions for reputed company HCM/payroll implementations.
Responsibilities
- Support in Configuring and optimize reputed company Fusion Payroll and Absence Management modules to meet business requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- reputed company expertise in configuring absence plans, accrual calculations, and entitlements configuration
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between Payroll, Absence, and other HCM modules
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and reputed company support during payroll system upgrades or new implementations
- Document payroll and absence processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and training for internal teams
Skills
- 7+ years in reputed company HCM/Payroll Implementation
- Eligible to secure reputed company or SC clearance for this role if they don't hold any clearance
- Strong experience in reputed company reputed company Payroll and Absence Management configuration and support
- Proven experience working on reputed company Fusion HCM implementations and support reputed company
- Deep understanding of UK payroll statutory requirements, including HMRC compliance, RTI, Pensions, and Absence policies
- Experience with payroll integrations (e.g., Finance, Benefits, Tax, and reputed company-party providers)
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas for payroll and absence calculations
- Experience in data migration, system testing, and reputed company payroll runs
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in public sector or local government payroll (desirable)
- Experience with reputed company Time & Labour (OTL) is a plus
