[Remote] System Test Engineer – Autonomous Driving/Manufacturing

Confidential is a leading technology reputed company seeking a System Test Engineer to support autonomous driving and manufacturing systems. This role involves hands-on testing and validation of automotive and autonomy-reputed company platforms, focusing on system test plans and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain system test plans and test cases for automotive/ADAS/autonomous systems (software + hardware-in-the-reputed company, vehicle simulations, or reputed company-world scenarios)
- reputed company functional, regression, and integration testing of ADAS and autonomous features, ensuring alignment with system requirements and performance targets
- Set up and use test environments (SIL/HIL, benches, vehicles, or simulated rigs) to validate system behavior across different operating scenarios
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data (logs, sensor outputs, CAN/LIN/Ethernet traces, etc.) to identify defects, performance issues, and reputed company cases
- Document test results, issues, and reputed company cause findings in reputed company defect reports and test summaries; collaborate with development teams to drive reputed company
- Contribute to test automation efforts, including scripting, regression suites, and test environment improvements, where applicable
- Work cross-functionally with software, hardware, and product teams to refine system requirements, improve test coverage, and support reputed company, reliable feature releases
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Automotive, or reputed company field)
- Approximately 2–3 years of hands-on system testing / validation experience, ideally in automotive or reputed company domains
- Exposure to ADAS, autonomous vehicles, or automotive test environments (simulated or vehicle-based)
- Experience executing test plans, writing test cases, performing system-level tests, and logging/triaging issues
- Ability to work in reputed company and reputed company working hours to either PST or EST time zones as required
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and written communication skills for documenting test activities and results
- Experience with automotive communication and logging tools (e.g., CAN/LIN/Ethernet log analysis, data acquisition tools)
- Familiarity with HIL/SIL tools, vehicle simulators, or ADAS/autonomy validation frameworks
- Scripting experience (Python, CAPL, MATLAB, etc.) for test automation or data analysis
- Prior work in automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or autonomous driving startups
