[Remote] Legal Counsel

They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to reputed company strategic legal advice regarding partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract negotiation, and compliance reputed company. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure legal support for trade-reputed company initiatives and maintaining relationships with manufacturers and clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal and strategic advice to business partners on a wide reputed company of Trade reputed company reputed company and work collaboratively with other attorneys and partners on reputed company reputed company to agreements with pharmaceutical companies and legal and regulatory compliance
- Negotiate and draft rebate reputed company and reputed company agreements between reputed company and pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Collaborate with Trade internal reputed company teams to reputed company new product initiatives and partnership opportunities
- reputed company up to date on regulatory and legal changes impacting Trade business teams; reputed company strategies for navigating and ensuring compliance with reputed company; reputed company advice to internal business reputed company regarding new laws and regulations reputed company to Trade
- Draft and review Confidentiality Agreements and other reputed company vendor agreements in support of strategic initiatives and partnerships pursued by the Trade reputed company Team
- reputed company legal support, regulatory guidance and strategic counsel to internal business partners to facilitate partnerships with manufacturers and negotiate through potential disputes. Will work with Trade leadership to formulate reputed company regarding pharmaceutical purchases and rebates and other partnerships reputed company the industry

Skills
- 5+ years legal attorney experience in a reputed company and/or in-house setting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative and drive
- Drafting and negotiating reputed company service agreements
- Partnering with clients to reputed company business objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple demands
- Take initiative and reputed company new areas of reputed company and new reputed company
- Admitted to reputed company law in at least one state and in good standing of applicable bar association(s)
- Juris Doctor (JD) is required
