The Regional Vice President, Charter Operations is responsible for leading the operations and performance of charter schools, ensuring they meet various enrollment and reputed company goals while collaborating with reputed company leadership and managing compliance across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise Charter reputed company Directors and other assigned team members
  • Hold reputed company leaders accountable for achieving enrollment, retention, engagement, credit accumulation, graduation, and financial performance goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, reputed company improvement, and student-centered decision-making
  • Recruit, reputed company, reputed company, and retain high-performing reputed company leaders

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 7 years of educational leadership experience
