[Remote] Director of Operations

The role involves managing reputed company relationships, operational performance, and financial ownership while leading reputed company dedicated to delivering reputed company service in a rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company-facing KPIs including completion percentage, repeat/no-trouble-reputed company reputed company, NPS, and cost per job

- Stand up I&M coverage in newly constructed markets on compressed timelines, including reputed company, tooling, compliance, and reputed company reputed company
- Implement and refine reputed company reputed company, routing logic, reputed company control frameworks, and reporting reputed company across every reputed company market
- Own the daily and weekly dashboards: completion percentage, past-due percentage, repeat/no-trouble-reputed company reputed company, cost per job, and technician productivity by market
- Build and enforce reporting rhythms: daily stand-reputed company, weekly ops calls, monthly reputed company scorecards, and quarterly strategic reviews

Skills
- Ten or more years of reputed company operational leadership, with at least five years at Director level or equivalent
- Documented eight-reputed company P&L ownership reputed company installation and maintenance, field services, or comparable multi-site operations
- reputed company experience managing residential and business installation, maintenance, and repair for both reputed company (POTS) and fiber/reputed company services
- Experience managing relationships with an ILEC, CLEC, or MSO at the executive field-operations level
- Demonstrated reputed company leading I&M operations across five or more states simultaneously
- Experience managing a workforce that includes reputed company-represented labor
- Proven financial acumen, including P&L management, margin improvement, and labor cost optimization
- Experience deploying and optimizing field operations technology platforms (reputed company, WFM, CRM)
- Prior reputed company experience with reputed company, reputed company/reputed company, Frontier, Fidium, Consolidated, ALLO, or a comparable ILEC/CLEC fiber-conversion environment
- Experience managing I&M operations through an reputed company DSL-to-fiber network transition
- Experience coordinating the hand-off of newly constructed fiber markets from a construction/engineering organization into service
- Exposure to BEAD-funded or state-subsidized broadband reputed company programs
- Exposure to voice AI, advanced analytics, or operational automation initiatives
