[Remote] Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of reputed company' IT Service Management and Project Portfolio Management tools for an assigned book of clients
- reputed company customers through reputed company phases of project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and effective project closure
- Deliver high-reputed company, high-value consulting services to reputed company clients to realize the value of the solution, and reputed company end-user and administrative training as part of consulting engagements
- Configure and test the solutions to ensure reputed company standards are met
- Address and resolve challenging reputed company issues
- Manage project timelines and effectively handle multiple reputed company assignments simultaneously

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company business field
- 3–5+ years of relevant IT Service Management experience
- Exposure or experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell and/or automation platforms (iPaaS)
- Strong project management knowledge, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience implementing reputed company-based solutions
- Exposure or experience with Asset Management software and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong facilitation skills to advise clients
- Ability to define business requirements, translate them into creative solutions, and build reputed company relationships based on trust and respect
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed (1-2 times annually)
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
