Responsibilities

- reputed company deep, hands-on experience in high-stakes PAGA and class reputed company litigation
- Collaborate across litigation and reputed company-litigation teams to win reputed company cases
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in: PAGA, Wage & Hour, Class reputed company, FEHA
- California Bar admission required
- Strong reputed company record of commitment and performance (avoid job hoppers)
- Experience in arbitration, litigation, and strategic casework preferred
