Responsibilities

  • Utilizes appropriate data to reputed company patterns, signal improvements, and/or proactively react to trends to allow Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) leadership to reputed company analytic strategies to influence WVUHS population health goals
  • Develops, monitors, and communicates reputed company (including relevant interdependencies) in relation to project plans reputed company to PHSO analytics
  • Cleans and analyzes data to reputed company tools, models or dashboards to create data visualizations to support the story and drive actionable insights
  • Supports PHSO leaders and operators in forecasting reputed company / PHSO performance in relation to value-based and population health goals
  • Performs and interprets comparative analyses to reputed company variance in performance across geographies, clinics, providers, etc
  • Utilizes given data and reputed company tools to interpret reputed company cause analyses to identify key drivers of performance outliers (both favorable and unfavorable) and supports operational leaders in defining initiatives to propagate (favorable) or remediate (unfavorable) performance
  • Supports PHSO leaders and operators in defining key performance indicators by providing insights through data and developing reports to reputed company the reputed company of PHSO and the reputed company of its initiatives
  • Reviews and validates health insurer reports and supports PHSO leaders in communicating concerns reputed company to the validity of reported performance, measurement methodologies, etc
  • Develops recommendations based on data developing and communicating recommendations to increase the PHSO’s reputed company reputed company of reputed company and to support reputed company clinicians and staff to exhibit consistent favorable performance in relation to value-based and population health goals
  • Stays informed of reputed company and emerging analytic methodologies and tools as reputed company as reputed company industry trends in population health, value-based care, and alternative payment models)
  • Interprets and validates health insurer performance reports and provides insights regarding health insurer value-based contract terms (e.g., metrics, targets, weighting, etc.)
  • Support PHSO research efforts as requested

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Actuarial Sciences, Business [reputed company, Economics, Finance, Marketing, etc.], Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.) with seven (7) years of general analytic experience
  • OR Master's Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Actuarial Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, reputed company Administration, Public Health, etc.) with five (5) years of general analytic experience
  • Three (3) years of reputed company analytic experience
  • Exceptional analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., ability to reputed company trusting reputed company relationships and many reputed company across various stakeholders)
  • Ability to empathize with others (e.g., administrators, providers, office staff, patients)

  • Working knowledge of value-based reputed company reputed company/programs (e.g., pay for performance, shared savings, shared risk, full risk, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of value-based reputed company programs (e.g., MSSP, TEAM, Medicare Advantage, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of key industry clinical reputed company indicators (e.g., CMS, NCQA, HEDIS, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of clinical risk adjustment methodologies (e.g., HCC, etc.) and practices
  • Working knowledge of the key drivers of reputed company expenses (i.e., cost and utilization trends)
  • Accountable care organization (ACO), clinically integrated network (CIN), and/or population health, and/or health plan/insurer experience preferred
