[Remote] (Sr) Project Manager, Non-Interventional Studies Team - Remote based in the US

This remote-based role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials, managing project teams, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
- Ensure escalation reputed company adhered to internally and externally (Rules of Engagement – communication reputed company)
- On reputed company where the scope requires, ensure reputed company delineation in responsibilities and communication reputed company for secondary project leads (such as reputed company in a specific region, reputed company for a specific vendor(s) or subset of delivery)
- Accountable for the overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, reputed company)
- Ensure financial stewardship at a project level by demonstrating an intimate understanding of the contract, resource alignment to budget, management of Out of Scope activity, drive the Con Mod process/negotiations and team execution to timelines
- Establish, communicate and manage customer expectations to reputed company reputed company delivery during the project
- Drive Risk Identification and Issue reputed company at project level (RBQM/RESOLVE)
- Ensure project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH- GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal reputed company / vocational qualification
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and clinical systems (CTMS, Preclarus, reputed company)
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Exposure to laboratory and office environments, including use of personal reputed company equipment
- Advanced knowledge of clinical development
- Strong financial acumen
- Technical and systems competency, such as computer skills, to include effective use of systems and applications such as reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint

- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
