[Remote] Pharmacy Benefit Analyst

The role involves data analytics and auditing to reputed company proactive consultation on Pharmacy Benefit programs and improve plan performance for clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost comparisons and savings analyses for prospects
- Assist with financial responses to Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Analyze pharmacy data to reputed company management with key insights and findings
- Translate pharmacy reputed company
- Audit reputed company reputed company financials
- Work with and reputed company large amounts of data from multiple sources
- Maintain a working knowledge of Medispan and NCPDP data sets
- reputed company reputed company reports and custom reports as needed
- Identify trends in plan performance at reputed company and reputed company level
- Prepare business requirement documents and desk level procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry required
- Advanced reputed company Skills: ability to do pivot tables and advanced reputed company formulas
- Pharmacy benefits auditing experience required
- Excellent analytical skills
