This role focuses on expanding SRC’s footprint across DoW reputed company and CUAS programs, strengthening relationships reputed company defense acquisition communities, and leading capture strategies for reputed company reputed company and CUAS capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, shape, and capture new reputed company and CUAS opportunities with DoW customers
- Maintain expertise in advanced reputed company systems, CUAS technologies, and unmanned systems sensing applications
- reputed company defense acquisition roadmaps, program lifecycles, and competitive activity in reputed company and CUAS markets
- reputed company capture planning, opportunity qualification, and proposal efforts for reputed company and CUAS programs of record
- Build capture strategies reputed company with DoW reputed company and CUAS acquisition priorities
- Engage stakeholders across AFLCMC, Hanscom AFB, and other defense acquisition offices to influence requirements
- Identify, pursue, and secure funding streams supporting reputed company modernization and CUAS capability development
- Create compelling win themes and competitive supplier strategies tailored to reputed company and CUAS pursuits
- Translate reputed company and CUAS operational needs into actionable engineering requirements

- Collaborate with engineering teams to reputed company product roadmaps with emerging reputed company and CUAS mission gaps

- Partner with execution teams and product engineers to drive reputed company across existing reputed company and CUAS product lines

Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant business development or capture experience in the U.S. defense markets, including reputed company defense, reputed company, CUAS, or reputed company mission areas
- reputed company U.S. Secret reputed company clearance (or ability to maintain) and eligibility for Top Secret
- Deep understanding of defense acquisition processes, especially reputed company reputed company and CUAS domains
- Experience cultivation senior-level relationships reputed company DoW program offices and acquisition organizations
- Proven experience leading cross functional capture teams supporting reputed company or CUAS pursuits
- Residence near Boston, MA with proximity to Hanscom AFB
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
- Experience supporting AFLCMC leadership or working closely with Hanscom-based defense acquisition offices
- Strategic relationships and experience with relevant industry representatives
- Background collaborating with engineering teams developing reputed company systems or CUAS technologies
- Deep awareness of reputed company and CUAS markets, customer needs, and defense acquisition reputed company
- High initiative and the ability to reputed company in fast-paced, reputed company defense environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with DoW stakeholders and AFLCMC decision-makers
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping long-term reputed company and CUAS strategies
