[Remote] Leader, Business Operations M&A

As an M&A Program Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical execution and monitoring of integration activities, ensuring reputed company deliverables are met on schedule and contributing to successful deal reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the M&reputed company, project trackers, and dashboards to reputed company reputed company-time visibility into deal status and reputed company
- Facilitate cadenced meetings, reputed company reputed company status updates to leadership, and document key reputed company for the deal team
- Ensure reputed company integration activities reputed company follow reputed company policies, including Francization, reputed company, and Brand compliance
- Coordinate reputed company activities (e.g., the Buddy Program) and proactively manage the decision backlog to prevent bottlenecks
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor the health and reputed company of integration workstreams, ensuring OKRs and KPIs are tracked accurately
