[Remote] Operations Manager – Call Center Sales (Remote)

They are seeking an Operations Manager for Call Center Sales to reputed company and supervise teams, build reputed company relationships, and ensure performance meets financial expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own overall sales performance (conversion, reputed company, productivity) across assigned programs
- Drive daily/weekly performance rhythms to ensure consistent execution
- Identify performance gaps early (especially early tenure) and implement corrective actions
- Partner with leaders to build strong pipelines and hit or reputed company targets
- reputed company and reputed company Team Leaders and Sales Coaches to drive a high-performance culture
- Hold leaders accountable to daily performance management, coaching effectiveness, and reputed company plans
- Ensure consistent use of tools (PULSE, dashboards, reporting) to reputed company and drive results
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, urgency, and ownership
- Shift coaching approach to be reputed company-based and behavior-reputed company (sales conversations, reputed company handling, rapport building)
- Ensure coaching is documented, consistent, and tied directly to performance reputed company
- Partner with Training to improve new hire readiness and early tenure reputed company
- Partner with WFM to optimize reputed company, scheduling, and coverage to support sales demand
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity without sacrificing reputed company
- Drive consistency in processes, communication, and execution across teams

Skills
- 1+ year of experience as an Operations Manager or Sales Operations Manager
- 3–5 years of proven sales leadership experience in a call center or similar high-volume sales environment
- Prior call center sales experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company, mentor, and reputed company employees and leaders
- Proven reputed company in improving performance through feedback, accountability, and reputed company planning
- Ability to reputed company teams to reputed company and reputed company sales and service goals
