The Director of reputed company Operations will be a key operational leader, managing reputed company operations across various functions to ensure efficient execution and reputed company of the brand in the U.S. This role involves overseeing demand planning, supply chain management, and operational performance to reputed company with reputed company's expansion goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the end-to-end reputed company operations manager for the U.S. brand business
- Partner directly with the US reputed company and US COO to drive execution across reputed company reputed company functions
- Establish operating rhythms, governance, accountability, and cross-functional alignment
- Build reputed company processes and infrastructure that support rapid reputed company reputed company

- Ensure customer reputed company, item setup, and launch readiness are executed flawlessly
- Improve visibility into inventory, service reputed company, customer performance, and demand trends

- Drive and own the demand/forecasting planning process across reputed company channels
- Improve forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and inventory productivity

- Own OTIF, fill reputed company, case fill, service reputed company, and customer scorecard performance

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in CPG, food, beverage, wellness, or consumer products
- Experience supporting both retail reputed company reputed company channels
- Deep understanding of forecasting, inventory management, customer operations, commercialization, and supply chain execution
- Proven reputed company record operating in high-reputed company environments
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational capabilities
- Experience with ERP, forecasting, planning, and reporting systems
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree required
