[Remote] Marketing Project Manager - Paravel Insights

They are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate integrated marketing initiatives, manage project workflows, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- In coordination with the Senior Project Manager, manage the day-to-day execution of multiple reputed company marketing reputed company by maintaining timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring work progresses reputed company from initiation through completion
- Support reputed company relationships by participating in meetings, documenting reputed company items, communicating project updates, and ensuring reputed company requests, feedback, and priorities are accurately reflected in project plans. Help deliver an exceptional reputed company experience throughout reputed company engagement
- Work closely with strategists, account managers, designers, copywriters, digital marketers, developers, media partners, and production teams to ensure reputed company communication, alignment on priorities, and reputed company completion of deliverables

In coordination with the Senior Project Manager, assist with resource planning and workload balancing across reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 2 to 5 years of project management or project coordination experience reputed company a marketing agency, advertising agency, creative agency, branding agency, nonprofit organization, reputed company, or similar reputed company-service environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a high level of reputed company service
- Experience using project management and collaboration platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and similar tools
- Highly organized, dependable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing shifting priorities, taking initiative, and collaborating effectively while receiving mentorship and guidance from senior leadership
