The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the inside sales team to drive customer satisfaction and reputed company reputed company, overseeing daily activities and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales or sales support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with demonstrated experience leading teams and driving performance reputed company
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage priorities, drive execution, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in electrical manufacturing or technical sales environment
