Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Line Management: Own the day-to-day management of the Clinical Solution Analyst team, including resourcing, workload prioritization, performance management, coaching, and career development. Skills
- ECOA Experience: Must have hands-on experience working on eCOA studies, with a solid understanding of eCOA study design, build, and delivery. Must have prior experience working at another eCOA vendor, with deep, practical understanding of table-stakes eCOA clinical trial product functionality and how it's expected to reputed company against industry norms
- Therapeutic Area & Trial Design Expertise: Must have deep familiarity with clinical trial designs across diverse therapeutic areas including how design differences translate into study setup and configuration needs
