Responsibilities
- Consulting with customers to understand and document their business and technical requirements
- Working with customer business analysts on data mapping between systems
- Advising customers on usage and capability of the system
- Appropriate configuration of the system
- Identifying alternative solutions that address customer requirements
- Contributing to the analysis, design, development, and testing of customer engagement deliverables
Skills
- Knowledge of lending, mortgage, deposit, or servicing
- Working knowledge of the following: XML, XSL/XSLT, XML Editing tools and Data Mapping tool
