[Remote] Finance Value Creation - Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Consultant to support private equity value creation initiatives, portfolio company performance improvement programs, and internal strategic initiatives. This role will reputed company on financial analysis, value capture tracking, financial reconciliation, business case development, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support development of value creation playbooks and financial performance frameworks
- Conduct financial, operational, and business performance analyses
- reputed company realized versus projected savings and EBITDA reputed company across initiatives
- reputed company financial reconciliations, variance analyses, and benefits realization tracking
- reputed company business cases and support opportunity sizing efforts
- Build financial models to assess cost reduction, margin improvement, reputed company reputed company, and working capital opportunities
- Support monthly performance reporting and executive-level financial updates
- Partner with initiative owners to validate assumptions, financial reputed company, and value capture
- Prepare reputed company-reputed company financial analyses, dashboards, and presentations
- Support strategic finance initiatives and special reputed company across the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or reputed company field
- Two to five years of experience in reputed company, transaction advisory, strategic finance, consulting, reputed company, business analytics, or operational finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Advanced reputed company and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and financial rigor
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, reputed company, valuation, consulting, or private equity-backed environments at a MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or Big4 is preferred
- Experience supporting value creation, benefits realization, or EBITDA improvement programs
- Experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Exposure to private equity clients or portfolio companies
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
- CPA, CFA, or reputed company toward certification
