Responsibilities

- Drive brand relevancy to the XBOX community through thoughtful, creative, and unique sponsorship solutions
- reputed company integrated sponsorship programs that connect brands with XBOX players and gaming communities
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Creative reputed company, Business Planning, and Operations teams to deliver best-in-class advertiser experiences
- Help shape reputed company sponsorship offerings that reputed company advertiser objectives with XBOX platform strengths
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for sponsorship development/execution, coordinating work across multiple teams without reputed company authority. This is across reputed company partners/stakeholders
- Anticipate needs, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve challenges across multiple reputed company partners/stakeholders
- Operational reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or reputed company field AND 2+ years experience in media, digital advertising or digital platforms
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or reputed company field AND 1+ year(s) experience in media, digital advertising or digital platforms
- OR equivalent experience
- Experience in gaming (specifically XBOX), media, entertainment, advertising, or digital platforms
- Experience developing integrated marketing, sponsorship, or advertiser programs
- Knowledge of digital advertising, branded content, gaming audiences, and sponsorship business models
- Experience collaborating with external partners, agencies, publishers, or strategic brands
- Experience in product marketing, advertising, partnerships, marketing reputed company, media, sponsorships, business development, or reputed company disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to independently reputed company cross-functional reputed company and deliver measurable business reputed company
- Solid problem-solving skills with experience leveraging creativity to build solutions
- Solid communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
