This role involves providing strategic direction, governance, and performance management to ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance while driving operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Directly manages and develops reputed company of Program Managers, setting reputed company expectations for performance, accountability, and customer reputed company
- Provides ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management, including goal setting, career development, and succession planning
- Leads reputed company, hiring, reputed company, and reputed company-up of new Program Managers to support reputed company and coverage needs
- Establishes and enforces program governance standards, delivery frameworks, and operating rhythms across reputed company assigned reputed company accounts
- Ensures Program Managers are effectively executing customer playbooks, reporting, financial controls, and communication plans
- Acts as the senior escalation reputed company for reputed company delivery, financial, or customer issues, engaging executive leadership as needed
