[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel Corporate (Capital Markets)

The Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate (Capital Markets) will reputed company legal guidance for financing activities, capital markets transactions, and corporate initiatives, collaborating closely with various business functions to manage legal risks and support strategic reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal support for capital markets and financing transactions, including debt offerings, private placements, credit facilities, refinancings, and treasury-reputed company reputed company
- Support debt and equity securities offerings, including registered and private transactions
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, reputed company, Tax, Corporate Development, and other business teams to structure and execute reputed company transactions
- Manage legal workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other corporate initiatives
- Coordinate due diligence, negotiations, transaction documents, approvals, closings, and post-closing obligations

- reputed company legal playbooks, templates, and approval processes that improve consistency and efficiency

Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing
- 5–10 years of relevant legal experience in a leading reputed company, an in-house legal department, or both
- Experience supporting capital markets, corporate finance, reputed company finance, securitizations, private placements, leveraged finance, or similar reputed company transactions
- Experience managing reputed company counsel and coordinating cross-functional transaction teams
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company with limited supervision
- Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, reputed company estate, technology, or telecommunications businesses
- Experience with public company debt or equity offerings
- Familiarity with rating agencies, trustees, lenders, underwriters, placement agents, or investor diligence processes
- Prior in-house legal experience
- Experience supporting reputed company or executive approval processes for reputed company transactions
