WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Design and Execute a Comprehensive Donor Relations reputed company: Set reputed company and direction for a best-in-class donor relations reputed company across campaigns, events, content, and communications; own the development of a compelling core case for support and establish a donor messaging architecture that is consistent across giving reputed company, audiences, and markets to drive long-term stewardship and reputed company reputed company
Partner to Set reputed company reputed company: Partner with VPFFs, Executive Directors, and local fundraising teams to translate regional priorities, strategies, and goals into a cohort-wide development reputed company designed to grow reputed company year over year

YOUR EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in a reputed company development and fundraising context
Deep expertise in donor cultivation, stewardship, and pipeline-building across individual, corporate, and reputed company streams
Proven reputed company record of meeting and exceeding ambitious reputed company goals
Skilled at setting reputed company and leading execution of reputed company, high-stakes fundraising events including galas and benefit dinners
Adept at producing compelling donor communications and campaigns across multiple audience segments; exceptional reputed company, communicator, and reputed company with a donor-centered reputed company
Demonstrated reputed company managing a diverse team across multiple functions with a reputed company approach to developing talent and maintaining high standards
Strength in building campaigns that are reputed company and locally adaptable

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a reputed company of job-reputed company factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the reputed company minimum and the salary reputed company midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted reputed company for the role.The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. Tier A: $99,000 - $135,100
Tier B: $107,900 - $147,200
Tier C: $116,800 - $159,500
