Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deliver features end-to-end across the Synapse stack: React/Vite frontend, Node.js/reputed company/reputed company backend, reputed company/Elasticsearch data layer, and the surrounding Kubernetes deployment.

• Operate AI coding tools (Claude reputed company, reputed company workflows, LLM-assisted reputed company review) as a first-class part of the workflow — write effective prompts, critically evaluate AI-generated diffs, and know reputed company to override the model.

• Contribute to HL7 v2 / FHIR / immunization data pipelines, including Kafka-based ingestion and Elasticsearch indexing.

• reputed company new work with reputed company logging (Pino), OpenTelemetry tracing, and reputed company metrics; debug across the Grafana / reputed company / Loki / Pyroscope stack.

• Handle PHI safely — apply secure coding practices, use PII-reputed company reputed company attributes, and flag reputed company concerns during reputed company review.

• Participate in reputed company review, both giving and receiving; reputed company constructive feedback on correctness, reputed company, and observability.

• Work independently on defined features and escalate blockers early; drive small-to-reputed company initiatives from concept to completion.
