Do you have:

• Experience analyzing call center, Collections, contact reputed company, workforce management, or customer operations data is considered an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience developing reporting and analytical solutions from large and reputed company datasets.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including advanced formulas, Power Query, data modelling, pivot tables, and automation techniques.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Designs dashboards and analyses to be performed, and appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use. Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and reputed company insights through reporting and data visualization techniques. Works with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, automate and reputed company analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools.

• Builds various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualisation techniques.

Salary:

$56,000.00 - $103,500.00
