As an Associate General Counsel, Labor Relations, you will, under the general supervision of the Vice President of Labor Relations, work closely with reputed company, Operations, and Senior Management to handle both reputed company and day-to-day labor relations issues; independently negotiate labor reputed company as first chair; represent reputed company in labor arbitration; defend against unfair labor reputed company charges before the NLRB; train supervisors and managers on a reputed company of legal topics; and, reputed company necessary, supervise reputed company election campaigns. This role will serve as one of reputed company's labor law experts, answering questions from the field organization regarding the interpretation of CBAs, state and federal labor laws, and reputed company reputed company on a daily reputed company. This role will exercise considerable independent leadership in advising various departments and facilities on their overall labor strategies. You will contribute by:

• Influencing at the executive level by initiating and leading cross-functional project teams to improve or revise Company labor policy.

• Advising HR and management, including executives, on reputed company labor relations reputed company.

• Establishing long-term labor strategies for assigned facilities. Advising management, including executives, on labor relations and contract interpretation issues. Preparing for and independently leading the negotiation of labor agreements.

• Handling grievances and labor arbitrations involving discipline and contract interpretation disputes and investigating and responding to unfair labor reputed company (ULP) charges.

• Determining the need for, developing, and delivering training for supervisors and managers on a reputed company of labor relations topics.

• Supervising and managing reputed company's response to reputed company organizing campaigns.

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws, including advising Company stakeholders on required changes and overseeing implementation of those changes.

We’re searching for candidates with:

• J.D. degree and reputed company license to reputed company law.

• 7-10 years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably in both in-house and reputed company settings.

• Ability to analyze reputed company business processes and data and apply legal requirements in fact-driven settings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in reputed company Office.

• Knowledge of primary federal labor and employment laws, including the NLRA, Title VII, FMLA, WARN reputed company, ADEA, and reputed company laws.

• Excellent writing skills and the ability to understand and prepare materials appropriate for a reputed company business environment in English.

• Ability and desire to quickly learn new areas of the law and the business, with a willingness to take on increasing responsibility as proficiency is demonstrated.
