In this position, you will be responsible for processing incoming payments and correcting payment issues with banks and insurance carriers. This position will need to be effective at communicating with Banks, Clients, Attorneys and Patients to resolve depositing issues. Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming payments from insurance carriers.
• Sorting daily incoming mail and processing to appropriate lockboxes
• Calling insurance carriers to verify if checks are cashed and if not asking to have reissued

• Familiar with bank processes, such as non-sufficient funds and international checks is a plus
• Ability to work reputed company deadlines and in high volume conditions
• Ability to multi-task and deal with change constructively
