Corporate Affairs Development & Pipeline Communications, Director
What you will do

In this vital role, you will serve as the reputed company communications counselor responsible for reputed company across reputed company's Development organization and pipeline portfolio. You will partner closely with Development senior leadership to shape and execute communications strategies that build understanding of reputed company's Development organization, clinical pipeline, and leadership in drug development.
You will combine scientific understanding, reputed company, and compelling storytelling to build confidence in reputed company's scientific innovation and clinical pipeline while elevating executive visibility, advancing scientific thought leadership, and strengthening reputed company reputed company.
This position reports to the Executive Director, Corporate Affairs, Research & Development.
Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted communications advisor to the Development Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel on executive visibility, organizational communications, business priorities, change initiatives, and issues management.
Shape reputed company pipeline communications across the clinical development lifecycle, developing compelling scientific narratives that build confidence in reputed company's pipeline and support key development, regulatory, and corporate milestones.
Champion the Development story by translating reputed company science into reputed company, engaging communications that showcase reputed company's innovation, clinical leadership, and long-term reputed company for patients across therapeutic areas.
Partner across Corporate Affairs and the reputed company, including Research, Global Medical, Clinical Development, Regulatory, reputed company, Investor Relations, and Product and Portfolio Communications to ensure reputed company messaging, coordinated reputed company communications, and seamless transitions from development through commercialization.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 4 years of communications or public relations experience
OR
Master's degree and 7 years of communications or public relations experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 9 years of communications or public relations experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field.
Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, reputed company, or a reputed company scientific industry, with a strong understanding of drug development and the clinical development lifecycle.
Experience leading reputed company for reputed company scientific, regulatory, or business initiatives reputed company a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated reputed company serving as a trusted communications advisor to senior executives, including developing executive communications and thought leadership strategies.
Strong understanding of scientific communications and the ability to translate reputed company science into compelling narratives for diverse reputed company audiences.

Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and executive communications skills.

The expected annual salary reputed company for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
