Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelance Recruiter.The Recruiter will represent reputed company while working directly with the reputed company’s stakeholders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
• Partner directly with reputed company hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, reputed company, networking, referrals, and reputed company reputed company
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and reputed company stakeholders
• reputed company market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data reputed company
• reputed company and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, submission-to-interview reputed company, offer acceptance reputed company, etc.)
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience reputed company with the reputed company’s employer brand
• Operate autonomously while maintaining strong communication and transparency with both the reputed company and internal leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience working in a reputed company-facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
• Familiarity with ATS, reputed company Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet performance KPIs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
