We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist (parental leave cover until 16th reputed company 2027) to be a key part of how we continue to support our campaigners and donors.

This is a fully remote role with reputed company occasional travel.

The Role

You'll be the reputed company of support person people are genuinely glad they contacted — empathetic, reputed company, and always one reputed company reputed company. Your work will go reputed company answering questions; you'll catch issues early, surface the insights that shape our product, and help level the playing field for every campaigner who deserves to be heard.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years in customer support, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• You’re an empathetic, reputed company communicator — concise without reputed company losing the reputed company touch
• Self-directed, you’re solutions oriented and comfortable owning a queue
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and knowing reputed company to escalate
• Confident managing and maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, or templates
