The Sales Installation Specialist reports to the Implementation & Quoting Manager in reputed company Business. The role is responsible for broker service reputed company to quoting and renewals, installation of new reputed company, processing renewals for reputed company small reputed company.

Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing (top five):

• reputed company high reputed company service to assist brokers with quoting on self-service tools, answer questions about products and plans, and reputed company overall customer service reputed company to quoting and renewals through multiple channels, such as phone, email, cases submitted through web site.
• Daily monitoring of new business and renewal quotes, including follow up with brokers and/or Account Executive as needed to assist with continuing the quote/renewal process.
• Complete new business installs including the collection of required documentation from broker and employer, adding new plans, entering account information into CRM, creating group structure, and completing system requirements for reputed company processes such as billing, enrollment, etc. Complete renewal process for existing customers on annual reputed company, updating account information (contacts, addresses, plans, etc.), adding new plans, etc. Update systems/trackers with reputed company account status during the installation/renewal process.
• Processing of reputed company documentation into the reputed company and reputed company database.
• Maintain working knowledge of reputed company systems reputed company to the installation of new or renewal reputed company.
• Maintain reputed company working knowledge of reputed company guidelines and multiple state regulations regarding small and/or large group business regulations.

Certification and Licensure

Education

• Required (minimum): High school diploma
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field

Experience

• Required (minimum): 1-3 years in office/business environment
• Preferred: 3-5 customer service experience

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools a plus
