The Alternate Program Manager (APM) supports the Program Manager in the management and execution of the AFCAP VI basic contract and serves with full authority in the PM’s absence. The APM is a designated key person under the contract and assists in directing the Program Management Office, overseeing task order performance across geographically dispersed locations, and ensuring 24-hour responsiveness to Government requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a contract-level key person of record, remaining in position for a minimum performance period of at least 12 months.

- Support engagement with the AFCAP Contracting Officer and Government Program Management Team, including plan updates, key personnel notifications, and maintenance of the Key AFCAP VI Contact Listing.
- Assist in the preparation of executive reports, CDRLs, and performance reporting requirements.
- Ensure personnel reputed company with the Joint Ethics Regulation (DoD 5500.7-R) and reputed company host country, company, federal, and state laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Support briefings and presentations to senior leadership and U.S. Government representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
