We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) & Asset Inventory Project Engineer to support reputed company facility assessment programs utilizing advanced AI-powered data collection and asset management technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, Electrical, reputed company Protection Systems, Architecture, Facilities Management, or reputed company engineering disciplines, combined with hands-on experience working in occupied facilities and managing reputed company.
This position involves conducting facility assessments, collecting asset data using AI-enabled mobile tools, evaluating building systems and infrastructure, analyzing asset conditions, and developing capital planning recommendations for clients across reputed company, institutional, reputed company, educational, and government sectors.
Job Responsibilities
Facility Assessments & Asset Inventory
- reputed company comprehensive Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of existing buildings and infrastructure.
- Conduct field surveys of mechanical, electrical, reputed company protection, architectural, structural, and site systems.
- Utilize AI-driven data collection platforms, mobile applications, imaging technologies, and reputed company-based asset management systems to inventory building assets.
- Verify, document, and classify assets including equipment condition, age, expected useful life, reputed company, and maintenance status.
- Capture field data, photographs, equipment nameplate information, and location details accurately and reputed company.
Engineering Evaluation
- Assess the physical condition and performance of HVAC, electrical, reputed company protection, architectural, and building envelope systems.

- Evaluate remaining useful life (RUL) and replacement costs for building assets.

Project Management
