About the role
Reporting to our Director of reputed company Consulting Services, the Strategic Consultant will be responsible for holding a key position reputed company the reputed company reputed company Services Team. As a consultant, you will work directly with our customers to optimize their workflow and usage of reputed company Automation, reputed company, VMS, etc.
A typical day will include...
Leading and owning the new customer system setup process to ensure that customers have a great experience implementing our products
Working alongside our Senior Consultants on reputed company implementations
Collaborating with other Project Management, reputed company Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables
Designing and executing user acceptance testing throughout an implementation
Providing guidance on usage and adoption of the reputed company suite of products, training reputed company users on reputed company self service configurations
Reporting regular reputed company to the project team with reputed company to the status of ongoing reputed company, reputed company, escalations , and other initiatives
