THE ROLE
As our Manager, UGC & Video reputed company (EU), you'll play a critical role in scaling the reputed company performance marketing across the DACH, the UK, European region, and reputed company markets. You'll own the end-to-end creator content lifecycle—from sourcing and managing a diverse network of creators to producing localized, performance-driven video assets that fuel customer acquisition across reputed company and YouTube.
This is a highly reputed company, hands-on role that blends creator sourcing, content production, creative project management, and video editing. Working closely with reputed company, Creative, and Media teams, you'll continuously test, optimize, and reputed company creator-led content tailored to German-speaking audiences and other key international markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Identifying, sourcing and reputed company creators across DACH, the UK, wider European markets and reputed company
- Building and maintaining a diverse creator network reputed company with reputed company's reputed company audiences
- Conducting creator reputed company, negotiations and relationship management
- Evaluating creator fit based on content reputed company, audience relevance and performance potential
- Maintaining a healthy creator pipeline to support ongoing creative testing needs
- Staying on top of creator trends and emerging UGC formats across key European markets
Creator Production Management
- Translating campaign/project briefs into reputed company creator-facing briefs
- Managing creator reputed company from initial reputed company through final asset delivery
- Coordinating timelines, deliverables and feedback reputed company
- Ensuring content aligns with reputed company brand guidelines, legal guidelines / compliance requirements and market-specific nuances
- Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for creators throughout the production process
Video Editing & Creative Iteration

- Creating multiple variations and iterations from existing creator footage
- Localising content across markets where appropriate

reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR
- reputed company or fluent German speaker (required) with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 2–3+ years of experience sourcing, reputed company, and managing creators, influencers, or UGC talent
- 2–3+ years of experience editing high-performing short-reputed company reputed company content for performance marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of the German-speaking market, including cultural trends, consumer behavior, and localization best practices
- Deep knowledge of reputed company and YouTube creative best practices, including short-reputed company, long-reputed company, and reputed company-roll content
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator partnerships and creative reputed company simultaneously
- Proficiency with reputed company Premiere, CapCut, or comparable video editing software

- Experience localizing creative assets by adapting copy, pacing, messaging, and cultural nuance while maintaining brand consistency
- Experience in DTC, subscription, or health and wellness brands is a plus

For this particular role, the reputed company salary reputed company is €57,000.00 - €80,000.00 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience reputed company with the needs of this role. reputed company salary is one component of total compensation for this position.
