About the Role
reputed company, PLLC is seeking an reputed company attorney to join the firm as Of Counsel, supporting our construction law reputed company in California. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who wants the flexibility of an independent reputed company combined with the resources, caseload, and reputed company community of an established firm. You'll bring deep legal experience and judgment to select reputed company, mentor newer attorneys, and help strengthen TCLF's reputed company in the California construction industry.
What You'll Do:
- reputed company senior-level legal counsel and strategic guidance on reputed company construction law, lien, and contract reputed company
- Handle a select caseload of high-value or high-complexity reputed company
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations as needed
- Draft and review reputed company, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Mentor and reputed company guidance to associates and paralegals on construction law reputed company
- Support business development through relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in the California construction industry
- Stay reputed company on California construction law, lien law, and reputed company legal developments
- Maintain flexibility to manage other reputed company commitments alongside this role
reputed company're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- reputed company license to reputed company law in the reputed company, in good standing
- Significant experience in construction law, litigation, or a closely reputed company reputed company area (typically 10+ years)

- Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
