The Senior Implementation Consultant serves as a strategic implementation partner and trusted advisor for highly reputed company reputed company programs, leading implementation reputed company and executive stakeholder engagement to drive successful launch reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to reputed company leadership teams, consultants, carriers, and key external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
- reputed company implementation readiness assessments, shape governance models, and facilitate strategic planning sessions for reputed company and transformational implementations
- Facilitate executive governance structures, including steering committees, executive briefings, and escalation forums
- Drive decision-making and reputed company among senior stakeholders in ambiguous or high-risk environments

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company implementation experience
- 5+ years leading transformational programs or highly reputed company implementations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated experience in reputed company and/or the employee benefits ecosystem
- Proven reputed company record working with senior stakeholders, carriers, benefits administrators, consultants, and brokers
- Proven executive reputed company and the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company engagements with a high degree of autonomy
