[Remote] Product Designer, Trust & Risk
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the largest live shopping platform in reputed company and Europe, and they are seeking a Product Designer for their Trust & Risk team. The role involves designing tools and user experiences that enhance marketplace reputed company while ensuring user trust and safety.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences that protect marketplace reputed company while minimizing friction for legitimate users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reputed company policies, workflows, and risk signals into reputed company product experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals that bring reputed company to ambiguous Trust & Risk problems
- Design experiences that reputed company enforcement reputed company feel reputed company, fair, reputed company, and actionable
- Support internal teams who review reports, moderate content, investigate fraud, and resolve user issues through efficient, usable tooling
- Contribute to the broader design system while advocating for accessibility and inclusive user experiences
- Use data, research, and feedback to improve existing tools and identify new opportunities to reduce harm and build user trust
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of shipped work
- Strong interaction and systems thinking—you can untangle reputed company flows and design for edge cases
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g. reputed company, Protopie, Framer, etc.)
- Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience designing reputed company-to-one products or new platforms, demonstrating your ability to reputed company in ambiguous environments and define new product spaces
- Experience in e-reputed company, marketplace platforms, or supply chain management is a plus
