The role involves overseeing daily program execution, managing schedules, risks, and resources, while ensuring operational reputed company in support of the VA’s mission.

Skills
- Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 5 (T5) background investigation (Public Trust Level 5)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering, or program management
- Minimum 7 years of federal IT project/program support experience
- Experience managing schedules, risks, resources, and cross-functional delivery
- Experience supporting SLA/KPI tracking, operational reporting, or service delivery management
- Strong communication, project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination skills
- PMP, reputed company, Scrum, or ITIL v4 certification
- Experience in secure or regulated environments (e.g., reputed company IT, HIPAA, FISMA)
- Experience supporting large teams and large reputed company infrastructure programs, Agile delivery, performance dashboards, workforce planning, or reputed company improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with VA systems, reputed company IT, or benefits delivery platforms
- Familiarity with cybersecurity/compliance frameworks such as NIST, TIC or RMF
