Responsibilities

- Manage metadata taxonomy definition for the Document Management System, aligning with AI project needs
- Formalize cross-sector handoffs, SLAs, and escalation/error handling processes
Skills
- BS Degree in Business, Engineering or a similar field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in reputed company & defense, with reputed company involvement in pricing, estimating, or proposal management
- BS Degree in Business, Engineering or a similar field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in reputed company & defense, with deep familiarity in pricing, estimating, or proposal management
- Proven reputed company record in developing reputed company process standards, playbooks, or SOPs across divisions
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, TINA/DITA, and DCAA audit requirements as reputed company to pricing and estimating
- Experience designing and/or delivering reputed company training or certification programs
- Experience writing and documenting auditable process documents
- Change management experience leading adoption of new processes/tools across reputed company organizations
- The ability to travel domestically up to 10-25% of the time for site reputed company and cross functional engagements

- Prior background as reputed company Manager, Pricing Manager, Compliance reputed company, or Process Improvement reputed company at a major reputed company/defense company
