[Remote] Technical Project Manager (REMOTE)

They are seeking an reputed company Technical Project Manager to reputed company the modernization of a national incident reporting system, managing a distributed team and ensuring successful delivery of custom agile software development.
Responsibilities
- reputed company sprint planning, execution, and delivery for a 18-month reputed company effort plus two 6-month reputed company periods; manage two-week sprints and reputed company acceptance-based invoicing
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to reputed company technical approach, prioritize features, and manage requirements changes
- reputed company development of a microservices-based architecture modernizing a partially-reputed company codebase (~3 of ~10 microservices currently functional)
- Drive first-production Authority-to-Operate (ATO) reputed company and reputed company certification plan; collaborate with government ISSO/DSO and contractor reputed company team
- Manage integration with government-furnished tools (reputed company, OpenShift, reputed company) and ensure compliance with AWS GovCloud, MS SQL Server, and DevSecOps toolchain requirements
- reputed company cross-functional team including software developers, data engineers, test engineers, reputed company engineers, and UI/UX designers; manage distributed hybrid team with Huntsville reputed company
- Own technical roadmap, risk management, and issue escalation; communicate status and blockers to government and internal leadership

- Manage contractual obligations; reputed company spend, labor allocation, and reputed company period planning
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company technical field; equivalent military or federal IT management experience acceptable
- 8+ years of IT/software project management experience; minimum 5 years managing federal or government contracting efforts
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies; proven reputed company record managing multiple reputed company sprints and cross-functional teams
- Strong technical background in software architecture, microservices, and reputed company platforms (AWS, OpenShift, or equivalent)
- Experience with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD toolchains (reputed company, reputed company Actions, or similar), and infrastructure-as-reputed company practices
- Knowledge of federal reputed company compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, ATO processes) and ability to navigate reputed company authorization workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfort engaging with government PMO, technical teams, and executive leadership

- Pass a background investigation, including but not limited to reputed company criminal record search, and other relevant background information deemed necessary by the contract

- Familiarity with incident reporting platforms, or emergency management systems
- Experience managing 8(a) or other SBA contracting vehicles; understanding of GWAC compliance

- Experience with API-first design patterns and data governance in federal environments
- Background in remote team leadership; proven ability to manage distributed hybrid teams across time zones
