[Remote] Senior Manager, Marketing Performance

The Senior Manager, Marketing Performance, will help build reputed company’s marketing measurement and analytics capability to measure the impacts of marketing and reputed company actionable insights to drive decision-making across the marketing organization.
Responsibilities
- Help build reputed company’s marketing measurement and analytics capability to measure the short and long-term impacts of marketing, deliver reputed company tracking and reporting, and reputed company actionable insights to drive decision-making across the marketing organization
- Play a critical role in implementing a Marketing Mix Model program to support annual planning, quarterly forecasting and weekly investment optimizations throughout the year
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company’s MMM platform, managing data reputed company, reputed company validation, and reputed company improvement
- Establish reputed company links between marketing activity, team goals /KPIs, and business reputed company to ensure reporting frameworks support accountability and decision-making across reputed company channels
- reputed company modeling and analysis to connect marketing investments to reputed company and business reputed company and conduct simulations to forecast the business reputed company of proposed marketing changes and reputed company learnings into annual planning and budget cycles
- Analyze campaign and channel performance data on weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences to uncover key trends, risks and opportunities
- Translate cross-channel analysis into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations as the reputed company person for this tool
- Drive improvements in measuring marketing effectiveness across reputed company, Owned and reputed company marketing activities and campaigns
- Partner closely with channel and campaign owners to define reputed company metrics and reputed company performance measurement with strategic goals
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations through standardized reports and scorecards to ensure simplicity and reputed company for reputed company stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to customize views by audience, including custom reporting for marketplace retail partners
Skills
- 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or effectiveness roles reputed company a matrixed organization
- Expert-level proficiency in measurement platforms and data visualization with deep technical understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, incremental testing and econometric modeling
- Proven experience developing and scaling marketing frameworks that drive decision-making
- Deep expertise in marketing attribution, campaign performance measurement, forecasting and ROI modeling
- Strong communicator with an exceptional ability to translate reputed company analytical concepts and findings into understandable and actionable takeaways for executives, creatives and reputed company
- Excellent attention to detail for best-in-class reporting
