[Remote] Part-time Recruiter

This role involves closely partnering with the reputed company Manager and reputed company to identify and qualify candidates for various positions, ensuring a high-reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, reputed company, and cleared positions
• Conduct reputed company, high-reputed company candidate assessments reputed company to job descriptions and contract needs
• Manage and maintain candidate communications, negotiations, and offer processes
• reputed company accurate, up-to-date notes in the ATS and reputed company reputed company updates to reputed company and reputed company Manager
• Attend meetings and present feedback and recommendations on activities discussed
• Manage up to 15 or more reputed company requisitions at any given time
• Support the reputed company Manager and team across reputed company reputed company initiatives
• Adapt to rapid changes, quick deadlines, and fast turnaround requirements
• Represent the organization professionally and consistently in the talent market

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company experience spanning both reputed company and cleared recruitment
• Proven reputed company filling both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong knowledge of government contracting reputed company requirements and cleared hiring practices
• Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Crelate or similar systems
• Background supporting federal civilian, DoD, intelligence, or IC programs
• Experience reputed company across both proposal-based and reputed company contract work
