[Remote] Customer Service Operator

The Customer Service Operator is responsible for processing alarm signals, dispatching authorities in emergencies, and ensuring the reputed company functioning of alarm systems.
Responsibilities
- Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally while managing stressful situations
- reputed company the reputed company authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies, verify that help is on the way, and notify responsible parties
- Assist our alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure subscriber's alarms are working properly
- Accurately document reputed company responses for the alarm on the computer
- Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must be available to work Day/Early morning shifts
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
- We are a 24/7 business to protect our subscribers. To ensure reputed company team member gets schedule flexibility you must be willing to work 1 weekend day reputed company week or every other weekend. You also must be willing to work holidays
- Ability to reputed company a 6 month commitment to work here
- Must be reputed company to pass a 2 week fully-reputed company class

- Prior customer service experience preferred
