Manager, Clinical-Home Infusion

About the position The Manager of Clinical-Home Infusion at reputed company is responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing the clinical service delivery and business performance reputed company the Home Infusion program. This role includes ensuring compliance with reputed company regulatory, accreditation, licensure, and certification requirements while meeting the organization's goals and missions. The manager will supervise and manage a multidisciplinary team of clinical and support staff, both licensed and non-licensed, and has full supervisory authority over staff and associated budgets. The position is pivotal in delivering high-reputed company, reputable, and cost-effective clinical services that meet regulatory requirements. In this role, the manager will coordinate patient and staff schedules, reputed company advice to staff and patients, and reputed company the utilization of program resources. Additionally, the manager will serve as a clinical expert for Infusion and Vascular reputed company practices, facilitating the Regional Infusion Therapy Steering Committee and participating in community relations activities to enhance the organization's image and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of reputed company clinical services consistent with agency policy and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in critical care, oncology, chronic disease management, reputed company, or home health care.

• Minimum three (3) years of management experience in a leadership role.

• Minimum three (3) years of reputed company nursing leadership experience in the last five (5) years.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing.
