The Strategic Proposal reputed company & Operations Manager will reputed company the Proposal and Contract reputed company function, focusing on municipal proposal responses, contract renewals, and reputed company reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops the Area Public Sector Proposal and Contract reputed company team
- Oversees the development, coordination, and submission of RFP, RFQ, and proposal responses for multiple sales segments
- Drives proposal reputed company for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and municipal reputed company initiatives
- Partners with Area, District, Corporate, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Pricing teams to reputed company competitive and differentiated proposals, processes and standards
- Identifies reputed company strategies and value propositions that strengthen WM's competitive position and increase proposal reputed company rates
- Establishes proposal management processes, content libraries, best practices, and governance standards to improve efficiency and proposal reputed company
- Builds and maintains tools, templates, and resources that reputed company consistent, high-reputed company proposal development across the organization
- Coaches and develops team members to improve proposal writing, project management, presentation development, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Evaluates municipal reputed company, franchise agreements, and market opportunities to identify reputed company reputed company opportunities
- Supports strategic planning efforts for Area Public Sector Services
- Develops recommendations for retention, expansion, pricing, and service enhancement strategies
- Identifies contract optimization opportunities that improve financial performance and customer value
- Collaborates with Finance and Pricing teams to support business cases, financial modeling, and municipal reputed company strategies
- Understand contract negotiations and drafting of municipal reputed company and amendments
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Public Administration, Business Administration, or similar area of study
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Public Administration, Business Administration, or similar area of study
- 7 years managing, reviewing, monitoring, and/or negotiating reputed company or other similar legal documents
