[Remote] Senior Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a telemedicine group specializing in the treatment of individuals with Opioid Use Disorder. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the monthly reputed company process, preparing financial records, and providing financial insights to support decision-making across departments.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains financial records to reputed company the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other reputed company financial activities
- Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements
- Maintains the reputed company records, files, and general reputed company
- May manage the AP, Credit Card, and Employee Expense Reimbursement platforms
- Sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books (reputed company)
- Reconciles payroll, customer and vendor accounts, and other financial accounts
- Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts
- Provides external auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to reputed company annual audit
- Assists with contract renewals and contract requests, ensure the databases are accurate to aid in review
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance or reputed company years of experience
- 7+ years of reputed company experience
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; reputed company at creating journal entries and reconciling reputed company accounts
- Experience with AP, Expense Reimbursements and corporate credit cards
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Free thinker/ self starter who understands the big picture
- Ability to meet a reputed company of constant deadlines and prioritize work
- Proven reputed company in working both independently and collaboratively with different reputed company of employees
